Donald Shannon Hatter holds an Assosiate in Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology from the University of Kentucky,
with courses in graphic arts and Basic computer programming. After graduation, Don relocated to Southern California and started
his chosen profession as a draftsperson at Tellus Modular Office Units, Riverside CA., in what would become an eleven year career
in the recreational vehicle industry. He was soon to be employed by some of the industries leaders, such as Fleetwood Enterprises,
and National R. V. Inc. As Senior Draftsperson, Don was directly involved with taking the engineering department from the era of
pencil and paper to Personal Computers with Autocad and the Plotter. This required courses in programming software for generating
cut list and computer aided design software that had to work in unison.
During this time, Don pursued his interest in computer based animation and graphic arts. Don invested in home-based workstations
and animation software, and it soon became more of a passion than a hobby. The opportunities to apply these new skills and the model
building skills from the past, soon became abundant and transformed this interest into a business, "Litigraphics".
In 1998, after working for several months with Doe Entertainment, a video game development group in Palmdale CA, Don re-settled closer
to home at Digital Empire in Riverside, California, as Senior Animator. There, he further developed his skill in, 3-d and 2-d animation, sound and video editing,
producing trial exhibits, the development of web-sites and the production of CDROMs/DVDs. The events of September 11, 2001, started an
economic swing which resulted in Don moving on from Digital Empire in 2002, and focusing attention on Nmotionmedia's growth in many
